About Prunus serrulata 'Kuramayama'

The flowers of this double-flowered cherry are pink with pale centers and hang in clusters of three or four. The buds are a slightly deeper pink. The variety—with an upright habit and growing to 20 feet—is named for a Japanese mountain.
