In this summer’s exhibit, Brooklyn Botanic Garden celebrates the Urban Garden. Among the spectacular displays created by BBG’s horticultural experts are plantings of ornamental edibles, designs for four-season beauty, and arrangements of tropical houseplants, with special attention on container gardening, vertical gardening, and other options for city dwellers. This colorful array of thematic displays offers inspiration and guidance for successful gardening in urban spaces, with practical tips that focus on easy maintenance and sustainable practices.
