Carol Ann Morley

Carol Ann Morley is a freelance artist and illustrator specializing in drawings about nature. Her work is in numerous private and public collections including the Shirley Sherwood Collection, Hunt Institute for Botanical Documentation, in Pittsburgh, and Brooklyn Botanic Garden Florilegium. Her work has also been exhibited at the Smithsonian Museum of Natural History and Ashmolean Museum, Oxford, and is part of a Guild of Natural Science Illustrators traveling exhibit. Carol graduated from Medway College of Art, England, where she received a national diploma in design with a specialty in illustration. She is a member of the Brooklyn Botanic Garden Florilegium Society, American Society of Botanical Artists, Guild of Natural Science Illustrators, and Graphic Artists Guild. Carol has been teaching art since 1979 and has given workshops in botanical art and illustration at the New York Botanical Garden, Berkshire Botanic Garden, and Tower Hill Botanic Garden, and elsewhere.
