Mary C. Bauschelt

Mary C. Bauschelt, a current board member of the American Society of Botanical Artists, received her certificate training in botanical art and illustration from the Morton Arboretum, in Lisle, Illinois, after studying biological illustration at the University of Wisconsin in Madison, where she also received her B.S. in horticulture. Mary has had several solo exhibitions and has participated in a number of group shows, including the Ninth International Exhibition of Botanical Art and Illustration at the Hunt Institute for Botanical Documentation, in Pittsburgh, and Fine Botanical Paintings, at the Gordon-Craig Gallery in Knightsbridge, London. She also teaches botanical drawing and painting at Olbrich Botanical Gardens in Madison, Wisconsin.
