Brooklyn Botanic Garden All-Region Guides
Hey, Look Us Over... We have a brand-new name and a great new look!
We thought you'd enjoy an advance look at the first two handbooks in our new series of Brooklyn Botanic Garden All-Region Guides.
Brooklyn Botanic Garden handbooks are an American gardening tradition. Since 1945, they've been the expert voice on gardening for plant lovers in all 50 states and Canada, as well as 55 other countries around the world. (You'll find a brief illustrated history of Brooklyn Botanic Handbooks here.) They were the first series of popular gardening handbooks published in North America, and they're still the only series published by a botanical garden.

The vast majority of gardening books are written by one author, who can't possibly have personal experience in gardening in the many climate zones of North America. As our series name suggests, Brooklyn Botanic Garden All-Region Guides include the expert advice of the very best gardeners in every major region of the U.S. and Canada. |

Plant recommendations feature at-a-glance growing information and handsome photographic portraits, and are organized by region for easy use. |
