To celebrate the 15th annual Chile Pepper Fiesta, Brooklyn Botanic Garden is compiling a Top 15 list of sizzling recipes inspired by chile-loving cultures from around the world.
Submit your favorite brand-new or tried-and-true recipes for dishes involving chile peppers in any form—fresh, dried, pickled, or otherwise. Have a story to tell about your recipe? Include that too! Send submissions to communications@bbg.org. The Top 15 will be announced at the Chile Pepper Fiesta on Sunday, September 30.
