Artist Sue Johnson uses collages of scientific and historical imagery and amusing hand-painted images to create an engaging world of nature and botany. A narrative series of panoramic works will surround the gallery space and feature a blend of curiosities from the botanical and zoological worlds. In addition, BBG's outdoor plant collection and herbarium are the inspiration for a series of work using shadow boxes.
