Wander in Wonder: In Search of Nature’s Details

From the spiral designs found in pine cones, roses, and fiddleheads to the intricate patterns of veins in a leaf, we comb Brooklyn Botanic Garden to take a closer look and make these detailed discoveries. Through the process of focused drawing and attention to the details of design, patterns and rhythms of individual flora are observed and recorded.
