During this walkabout listening adventure presented by the Grammy-nominated orchestra collective Metropolis Ensemble, 25 groupings of musicians sited throughout the Garden perform newly commissioned, open-score acoustic works from 77 composers.
Each listener’s experience of Biophony will be unique, determined by the wide range of instrumentations, the topography of the site, and the freedom given to participants to explore and discover.
