In celebration of 100 years of bonsai at Brooklyn Botanic Garden, chef Carinna Acevedo presents a thoughtfully crafted prix fixe menu inspired by the art of bonsai and the spirit of Japanese izakaya culture. Drawing from Brooklyn’s rich multicultural landscape and seasonal farmers’ market ingredients, dishes reflect the core themes of harmony with nature and the beauty of time and patience. Dinner guests are also invited to explore the adjacent C.V. Starr Bonsai Museum. Sake Pairings by Brooklyn Kura The three-course menu is offered at $88; optional sake pairing $28 (exclusive of tax and gratuity). BBG members receive a 10% discount. Reservations are required.
