Preregistration Required

Join us for a program of gardening activities designed for people living with dementia and memory loss and their care partners.

We’ll be turning over accessible, raised garden beds for the winter and prepping for next spring. Our experienced Garden Guides will take participants on a tour of the Children’s Garden and assist as we pull out annual plants, turn over the soil, and plant bulbs that will bloom in spring. This is a drop-in program: Participants are welcome to arrive anytime during the session, and step away or leave when they wish.

Garden entry and program participation is free, but space is limited and preregistration is required. More information about the program, including where to arrive, will be sent to registered participants ahead of the program.

This program is outdoors and will be canceled in inclement weather, which includes rain and temperatures above 85 degrees or below 50 degrees. Cancellation decisions are made no later than 24 hours before the program start time. If the program is canceled, BBG staff will contact registered participants.
