Nighttime Pollinators

Families & Kids

Thursday, October 12, 2017 | 5 p.m.–7:15 p.m.
Preregistration Required

Join us for this special evening event to discover what happens when the sun goes down in the Discovery Garden.

Between 5 p.m. and 6:30 p.m., visit activity stations to learn about nocturnal pollinators and flowers that only open when it’s dark! Create a nature-themed craft to take home. Then at 6:30 p.m., join naturalist Bradley Klein for a nocturnal critter walk. Sign up for the critter walk in the Discovery Garden by 6:30 p.m.; spots are first come, first served.

This is a family program, and all ages are welcome. The event is free, but registration below is required.

All programs are outdoors and canceled in inclement weather; for cancellation updates, check this webpage.
