Out-of-Africa Plant Tour

Meet at Conservatory entrance.

In this Steinhardt Conservatory tour, we’ll see plants found along the banks of the Nile, in the deserts of Namibia, and in the warm temperate climate of South Africa. Among the more notable is coffee, one of the most important plants to have come “out of Africa.”
