The Art of Yoga: In Nature includes an hour-long yoga class led by world-renowned instructor Colleen Saidman Yee on Cherry Esplanade, a 15-minute guided meditation, a special horticultural connection, and more.

Don’t miss this unique opportunity to practice with Saidman Yee, the owner of Yoga Shanti studios and creator and director of Donna Karan’s worldwide Urban Zen Integrative Yoga Therapist Program. The author of Yoga For Life: A Journey to Inner Peace and Freedom, with more than 30 years of practicing experience, she has been called “The First Lady of Yoga” by the New York Times.

The Art of Yoga: In Nature is presented in partnership with Athleta Girl, Romper, and Flavorpill.
