Guided Tour Request

Confirming Your Tour

• A member of BBG’s Registration team will be in touch to book your guided tour.
• Payment must be made in full at least two weeks in advance. Once payment is received, the date and number of attendees cannot be changed.
• If you must cancel your visit, we require at least three weeks’ notice to the Registration office at [email protected]. Cancelations made after this date cannot be refunded.
• Please note that tours can be canceled due to inclement weather. In that event, the Garden will help you rebook or issue a full refund.

Planning Your Visit

• Groups should arrive together at 990 Washington Avenue. We cannot delay the tour for latecomers. If your group arrives more than 15 minutes late, we cannot guarantee a guide, and the tour time will be cut short.
• If there are more than 15 people in your group, you will be asked to split into smaller groups before your tour. Each group will go on the tour with a different Garden Guide.
• All groups must follow the Garden’s safety protocols and guidelines.
