Presented by Patina Events at Brooklyn Botanic Garden, this exclusive evening is devoted to exploring the beauty and harmonious asymmetry of nature and Japanese cuisine. In honor of the 100th anniversary of Brooklyn Botanic Garden’s Japanese Hill-and-Pond Garden, Chef Yuhi Fujinaga, of the Sea Grill at Rockefeller Center, will prepare a celebratory feast in the style of his homeland, featuring the finest-quality ingredients prepared with authentic Japanese technique and spirit.
